Coverage begins from six hours, with each collection thoughtfully designed to capture the story of your day as it unfolds. You’ll receive a beautifully curated gallery of high-resolution images in my signature colour and black & white editing, with 35mm film photography available for an added layer of nostalgia and texture. I’ll work with you ahead of the day on timings and planning, helping everything feel effortless and unhurried. Your photographs are delivered through a private online gallery, with fine art prints included and a selection of highlights to enjoy shortly after your wedding.

INTIMATE WEDDINGS & ELOPEMENTS

Big weddings aren’t for everyone. Whether you’re planning an intimate celebration with your closest people, exchanging vows somewhere wild and remote, or simply choosing to do things a little differently, smaller weddings can be incredibly special.
Coverage is tailored to the way you’re celebrating, with intimate weddings and elopements typically photographed over 2-4 hours. Each is quoted individually, allowing us to create coverage that works beautifully around your plans.

From celebrations across New Zealand to weddings throughout Europe, the UK, Australia, Indonesia and the Pacific Islands, travelling has always been a part of my work.
Whether you’re planning a weekend in the South Island or gathering your favourite people somewhere further from home, I’d love to document it. Destination collections are tailored individually, with travel quoted according to location.
COUPLE SHOOTS

Couple and engagement sessions are a relaxed way to spend some time together and create beautiful photographs without the pace or timeline of a wedding day. We’ll choose a great location, find the best light and create a mix of natural moments and more considered, editorial portraits.
They’re also a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera before your wedding. Most couples tell me they’re a little nervous about being photographed, which is completely normal. I’ll gently direct you when needed, without anything feeling overly posed or forced. It gives us a chance to get to know each other, for you to see how I work, and means that when the wedding day arrives, everything already feels easy and familiar.

The Process

Lets Meet
It all starts with a conversation. We can meet over coffee, a glass of wine or jump on a video call to talk through your plans, what matters most to you and how you’d like your wedding to feel. It’s a chance to get to know each other and make sure I’m the right photographer for you.

Prepare & Plan
In the lead-up to your wedding, I’ll work with you on the details that make a difference to the photography. From timings and the best light to locations and the natural flow of the day, I’ll help you create a timeline that leaves space for beautiful photographs without your wedding feeling like a photoshoot.
03.
On The Day
On the day, my approach is relaxed and intuitive. I’ll step in with gentle direction when it’s needed and disappear into the background when it’s not, capturing everything from the quiet moments to the energy of the celebration. The result is a mix of honest documentary photographs and considered editorial portraits.

The goodies
Within a few days of your wedding, you’ll receive a curated collection of highlights to relive and share. Your full gallery follows within 6-8 weeks, carefully edited in my signature colour and black & white style and delivered through a private online gallery.
FAQ
How do you photograph weddings?
My approach is a balance of documentary storytelling and editorial portraiture. For most of the day, I’m watching for the moments happening naturally around me, while stepping in with gentle direction when it’s needed. I want your photographs to feel beautiful and considered, but still completely true to the way the day felt.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I’m based in Christchurch, New Zealand and photograph weddings throughout the country and worldwide. For destination weddings, travel is quoted individually depending on location.
When will we receive our photos?
You’ll receive a curated gallery of highlights within a few days of your wedding, with your full gallery delivered within 6–8 weeks. Everything is delivered through a private online gallery where you can download, share and order prints.
How many pictures will we receive?
Depending on your coverage, most wedding galleries include between 600–1,500 carefully edited photographs.
How much is your travel cost?
Travel is quoted individually depending on the location and requirements of your wedding. Get in touch with your plans and I can include all travel costs within your photography quote.
What do I need to do to book?
Once you’ve enquired, I’ll send through my wedding collections and we can talk about the coverage that best suits your plans. Your date is secured once your contract is signed and booking fee has been paid, with the remaining balance due two weeks before your wedding.
Can we meet?
Absolutely. I’m always happy to meet over a coffee or drink, or arrange a video call if you’re further away. It’s a chance to talk through your plans, ask any questions and see if we’re a good fit.
Do you shoot film or Digital?
Yes. Alongside digital photography, I offer 35mm film for its beautiful grain, colour and nostalgic quality. Film is included in selected collections and can also be added to your coverage.
