FAQ

How many pictures will we receive?

Rather than limiting your gallery to a set number, I deliver the strongest collection of images from your session. Every photo is carefully curated and professionally edited, so you receive the very best images that showcase you at your best.

This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?

Don't worry, most of our clients have never been professionally photographed before. We'll guide you through every step, from posing to expression, creating a relaxed experience so you can simply enjoy the process.

What should I wear?

Bring 2–3 outfits that reflect you and your brand. A mix of corporate and smart casual looks works well, with simple colours and minimal patterns photographing best. If you're unsure, bring a few extra options and we'll help you choose on the day.

Do you do retouch my images?

Every image in your gallery is professionally edited for colour, exposure and consistency. Your package also includes a selected number of images with additional detailed retouching, including natural skin refinement and minor distractions, while still keeping you looking like you.

Can I purchase additional edited images?

Absolutely. If you'd like more images than those included in your package, additional professionally edited and retouched images are available to purchase after you've viewed your gallery.

Can I book a team session at my workplace?

Absolutely. I regularly photograph teams on location at workplaces throughout Christchurch and beyond, making it easy to create consistent, professional imagery with minimal disruption to your team.

Can I add hair and makeup to a private or workplace shoot?

Yes. Professional hair and makeup can be added to most individual and team sessions, whether at the studio or your workplace. Just let us know when booking and we'll organise the rest.

When will I receive my images?

Your edited gallery will be delivered within 5 business days. If you need your images sooner, just let us know when booking and we'll do our best to accommodate an expedited turnaround.

Can I use the images for my business?

Yes. All images include a commercial licence, so you can use them across your website, social media, LinkedIn, marketing materials, and other business promotions.
